Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from the Dragons Team Store.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • The item(s) must have the original tags/ labels attached, be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • The item(s) must be returned within a reasonable time of purchase, and with the original receipt.
  • Refunds will be honoured if requested within the 30 day period. Only the purchase price (excluding any delivery charges) will be refunded via the original payment method once The Dragons Team Store has received the goods and confirmed that they meet conditions 1 & 2 of the Refund and Exchange Policy. Customer(s) are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to the Dragons Team Store.
  • Exchanges will be honoured within the 30 day period if conditions 1 & 2 of the Refund and Exchange Policy are met. Customer(s) are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to The Dragons Team Store.
  • Sale, memorabilia, personalised jerseys, gift cards and clearance items cannot be refunded. 
  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind.

TO ORGANISE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND

  1. Please email shop@dragons.com.au prior to returning an item/s so we can expect your parcel. 
  2. If exchanging an item/s, we will email you back a free shipping code so you can place a new order for the replacement item
  3. Please post your item/s with it's receipt to:

Once received, we will issue a refund of the original item. We suggest returning your item(s) by Australia Post with a tracking number as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit.

Please be aware items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at Dragons game day merchandise outlets.

PERSONALISED JERSEY RETURNS

  1. Personalised numbered Jerseys are excluded under The Dragons Team Store returns & exchanges policy, unless the jersey has a manufacturing fault.
  2. Please be careful when personalising jerseys and ensure you have ordered the correct size.
  3. Personalised jerseys cannot be exchanged for a change of size.

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

Sometimes manufacturing errors happen. In the event you have received a faulty product please contact us directly by emailing shop@dragons.com.au so we can organise a replacement or refund. Please include proof of purchase, plus a description and photo of the fault.

If a new item(s) is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, The Dragons Team Store will meet its legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and postage charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned:
